Videogame, TV and movie voice actor Robin Atkin Downes to meet fans in Manchester

We’re thrilled to announce that prolific animation and videogame voice artist Robin Atkin Downes is all set to make his MCM Manchester Comic Con debut next month, making the July show’s strongest ever voice actor line-up even stronger!

Starring in roles that range from The Medic in Team Fortress 2, The Riddler in Batman: The Enemy Within, Kazuhira Miller in Metal Gear Solid and Atoq Navarro in Uncharted to Travis Touchdown in No More Heroes, George Washington in Assassin’s Creed III, Lieutenant Kim in Gears of War and Halo’s The Prophet of Regret, Downes has appeared in a host of top videogame titles.

The award-winning actor’s animation credits are equally epic, with Robin Atkin Downes voicing character in TV series such as Star Wars Rebels, Clone Wars, Voltron, Ben 10Thundercats, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Avengers Assemble and Avatar: The Last Airbender, as well as animated films including How to Train Your Dragon, Justice League: Doom, Katsuhiro Otomo-helmed anime Steamboy and a bevy of Batman titles.

Meanwhile, Downes’ live action appearances include Buffy, Angel, Charmed, Babylon 5 and the voice of The Master in Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan horror drama The Strain.
